RMA
ColorMaker will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number upon request. No shipments will be accepted without an authorization number.

RMA number printed clearly on package.
Shipping charges prepaid.
Adequate insurance prepaid.

Return for repair

Repair forms must be completed for each item being returned for repair. Form can be downloaded from Colormaker.net or click here

Authorization number is not needed for items being returned for repair.

All product returned for repair must be complete. Altering any product without authorization will void warranty and will be returned without repair.
Products under warranty will be returned via UPS-ground at no charged.
Expired warranty repairs will be quoted before any repairs are started.

Returns

Authorized Products:ColorMaker inc will only authorize credit on evaluation kits. These kits are offered to our customers to evaluate our technology including wireless communication and LED intesity and colors.

Authorized product returned for credit will be inspected before issuing credit.
Authorized product returned incomplete will be charged for assembly and parts.
Authorized product returned after 10 days will be charged 15% restock fee.
No credit will be issued after 30 days of sale.
All products returned with dents, scratches etc... will be considered used and will be charged a recondition fee of 35%.
